A well-established Perth based company with multiple long-term contracts is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Horizontal Directional Driller to join the growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a business that values its people and invests in their growth. The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and capable of working under limited supervision while operating a range of medium to large earthmoving machinery. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ industry experience Certificate III in Directional Drilling Current HR licence and operator ticket Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening Proven ability to lead a crew and take ownership of projects Desirable: ATCO Gas certification to drill and work on network NAC Card NBN Enable accreditation HC (Heavy Combination) licence Experience with Vermeer Dual Rod & Ditch Witch All Terrain equipment Flexibility and willingness to work FIFO What's On Offer: Secure, full-time employment $3,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid on commencement, balance upon successful completion of probation) Weekend metro work paid at time and a half 11–12 hour shifts Uplifted rates for FIFO/regional projects Inclusive company culture where every team member is valued Supportive leadership and management team A range of employee benefits If you’re a motivated and skilled Horizontal Directional Driller looking for long-term security and a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
