The Opportunity Apex Utilities is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Directional Team to join our high‑performing operations team as we continue to expand across Western Australia. This leadership position includes: Leading and coordinating daily onsite drilling operations Supporting, coaching, and developing apprentices and operators Delivering work safely, efficiently, and to client standards Overseeing small crews across multiple civil and utilities workstreams This role also offers genuine advancement opportunities , including progression into senior leadership, technical specialist roles, and additional pathways across our broader group of businesses.
