The Opportunity: Complete daily bank reconciliations, including EFTPOS, petty cash, and cash tin Assist with Accounts Receivable: process receipts, handle customer account enquiries, and prepare monthly statements and reconciliations Support Accounts Payable: enter expense invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and process payments Submit branch time clocking for payroll and maintain payroll spreadsheets Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and ensure customers receive prompt, friendly assistance Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager and broader team Support day‑to‑day branch tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation and keeping the branch running smoothly About You: Possess a valid driver’s license. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Exhibit excellent time management and multitasking skills. Understand the significance of providing top‑note customer service. Hold previous experience in administration roles.
