Psychologist (General or Clinical) Work-from-home admin days | Full-Time | Flexible structure Base pay range A$100, / yr A$110, / yr About the Role We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychologist to provide high-quality, person-centred support across NDIS, Medicare, and CPFS (Child Protection) referrals. This is an independent role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact in the lives of children, families, and adults in the community. Bonus points if you're also open to delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) alongside therapeutic interventions. Why You'll Love It Competitive salary + super, plus quarterly bonuses (potential to earn $10K+ annually) Professional Development Support: Up to $5,000 each year for courses, study, or supervision Study Leave: 8 days per year (valued at $2,908) 4 weeks annual leave + 2 wellness days Full travel reimbursement for time and kilometres Laptop, phone, and leading practice software provided True flexibility: Choose your mix of community, clinic, and work-from-home days Career growth: Step into supervision, senior, or clinical leadership roles as the service expands Key Responsibilities Provide therapy for NDIS, Medicare, and CPFS-referred clients across the lifespan Conduct assessments, interventions, and reports aligned with client goals and funding requirements Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health teams to deliver holistic care Prepare evidence-based reports and behaviour / therapy plans Optional: Deliver Positive Behaviour Support and write NDIS-compliant PBS plans What You'll Bring General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA Experience supporting NDIS, Medicare, or CPFS clients (preferred) Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing skills Ability to work independently with good time management Current WA driver's licence, reliable vehicle, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) About the Organisation A therapist-owned, clinician-led allied health provider dedicated to empowering West Australians with complex needs.
