For more information about Coulson Aviation Australia visit What We're Looking For We are currently recruiting qualified Bell 412 B1.3 Licensed Aviation Maintenance Engineers (LAME’s) to be part of our team The chosen candidates will work in a team environment performing maintenance and engineering activities in support of aerial emergency response services. They must have a strong focus on safety and customer service. The role requires flexibility and working away from home base at short notice and offers a competitive salary and an emphasis on work/life balance. Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer‑owned aircraft ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues as appropriately qualified to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness of aircraft and role equipment. Supervise unlicensed engineers, apprentices and/or contractors as and when required. Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance documentation of all work performed. Support operations of emergency service aircraft to ensure effective response to missions. Experience Requirements CASA B1.3 Licence. 2 or more years of experience working in Australia as LAME. Ability to obtain ASIC Clearance. Ability to obtain RAAF Base Access. Desirable Qualifications/Experience Type Rating: Bell 412. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Licence. No exclusions on CASA Licence. Aerial Fire Suppression maintenance experience.
