Due to our business growth, we are looking to expand our team and have an opportunity for an outgoing and confident Project Consultant to join our friendly and passionate team. About the Opportunity As a Project Consultant, you will meet with our clients to discuss their requirements and develop innovative solutions for their fitout needs. You will provide our contractors with a detailed scope of works to obtain accurate quotes and deliver proposals to our clients in a timely manner to close a sale. Multi-faceted role of consulting, estimating and client-side project management. As an ambassador of the Canopy brand, you will provide our clients with excellent communication and service. Your commitment will ensure the client experience is positive at every stage of the fit-out process. Work experience in the Commercial Fitout industry is essential. Client management experience is highly-regarded. Your day-to-day duties will include visiting our clients to take an initial job brief and conduct a site inspection to assess the existing condition of the space. In your time in the office, you will submit scope of works to our contractors for pricing and present a final proposal to our client. In addition to your daily tasks, you are also required to; Assist with sourcing and preparing tenders Calculate and prepare material and quantities Review tender package to ensure all relevant information has been received, assessing the scope, risks involved, tender complexity, etc., and provide feedback to the Delivery team Attend site meetings Solicit and maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers during the tender period. Follow up and evaluate quotes Compile letter of offer, tender schedules, program, and other items required by the tender Keep records of sales inquiries, leads, pipeline, etc. Skills and Experience Proven track record in a similar role Maintaining and developing strong business relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers Construction and engineering knowledge will be highly regarded Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised and able to manage workload whilst sticking to deadlines The Benefits of Working at Canopy Fitouts Our friendly team are supportive and collaborate to provide unique solutions for our clients.
