The Head of eCom Customer Fulfilment & Operations - CFCs & eStores will report into the Director of eCom Customer Fulfilment & Operations. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce.What you’ll doYou’ll be responsible for supporting the eCom Strategy, building and executing the eCom Customer Fulfilment operating plan and lead a large team (and growing) across our fulfilment network. You will also:work with a range of support functions across WooliesX, Supermarket Operations, People Team and the wider Woolworths Grouppartner with up and downstream value chain partners, our automation future network teams, and other external partners.achieve optimal safety and operational outcomes by ensuring effective processes and proceduresenhance the customer and team experience, and optimise financial and operational performance.be accountable for the delivery of all eCom measures of success, such as a consistent customer experience, productivity, and overall P&L profitabilityWhat you’ll bringYou’re an inspiring and visionary leader with an exceptional ability to influence, adapt and build strong relationships and strong teams.
