This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of back-of-house services to the clients floor.**Key Responsibilities**Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation.* Washing and drying dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment.* Maintaining efficient storage and rotation of stock.* Cleaning, clearing, and configuring conference rooms as required.* Supporting occasional morning and evening functions.**What We’re Looking For**To be successful in this role, you will have:* A preference of 1-2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.* A working knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.* A professional manner and a friendly, team-focused attitude.* Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.As Australia’s leading independent law firm, Clayton Utz is built on a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
