The Faculty of Health is dedicated to being at the forefront of teaching, learning, creating and social development and fostering cutting-edge research and discovery. The School of Medicine now offers students the opportunity to complete their Doctor of Medicine studies whilst remaining living in rural Victoria. We are seeking staff to contribute to the establishment of this innovative new program.

Lecturer in Medical Science overview:

The Lecturer will contribute to the delivery of the medical science curriculum and assessment in the MD course, with a focus on teaching anatomy and pathology. They will contribute to developing learning environments that are flexible, student centred and accessible, and utilise appropriate technology. This position is suited to a person with an excellent record and passion for scholarly learning and teaching and a keen interest in exploring and building on new areas of education development.

Senior Lecturer in Clinical Practice overview:

The Senior Lecturer will utilise their clinical skills and experience to contribute to the planning, development and delivery of clinical medicine and clinical skills teaching and assessment, medical education research and associated academic activities for the Doctor of Medicine (MD) course. This position is suited to a medical practitioner with an excellent record and passion for scholarly learning and teaching and a keen interest in exploring and fostering new areas of education development to have real-world impact.
