Enhance your career with Victoria's leading regional health care service About the facilityThe Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Department at the University Hospital of Geelong undertakes a diverse range of procedures and studies within a public and private health setting. The PET/CT facility is a state-of-the-art custom-built department that is serviced by a Siemens mCT system. Gallium DOTA & PSMA are manufactured here onsite in our PET Laboratory. Our Nuclear Medicine Department comprises a GE 670 Discovery (SPECT/CT) and a GE 870DR (SPECT/CT). The Department has a fully equipped Radiopharmacy laboratory which undertakes reconstitution of radiopharmaceuticals, dispensing of patient doses, and all relevant quality control mechanisms. Further studies such as blood labels and other cold laboratory duties are undertaken.
About the roleBarwon Medical Imaging is seeking professional and dedicated casual Nuclear Medicine Technologists. In this role, you will provide excellent service delivery to produce the desired outcomes both in a patient setting and in a laboratory setting. You will participate across the department roster throughout PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiopharmacy.
