We will provide vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk, and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided by Western Health, this state-of-the-art facility will play a key role in supporting the community—be part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria. The Position Accurately record patient meal orders, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are met. Work closely with clinical staff to verify patients’ nutritional needs and health conditions. Communicate with kitchen staff to relay patient meal requirements and preferences. Double-check patient orders before meals are prepared and delivered. Maintain accurate records of meal orders and dietary changes. The Person Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting, ideally in patient meal coordination or nutrition support. Strong understanding of dietary restrictions, special diets, and nutrition requirements. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clinical staff and kitchen teams. Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance. The Benefits Paid parental leave.
