Project Manager | 35+ townhouses | North Brisbane A$180,000 - A$220,000 per annum Location: Aspley, QLD Job Type: Full-time, On-site Exciting New Multi-Residential Project – 40+ Townhouses Respected Tier 3 Builder with a Strong Pipeline Full Autonomy and End-to-End Project Ownership We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a newly awarded multi-unit residential development in North Brisbane consisting of 40+ townhouses. This is a full‑time opportunity with a reputable, Queensland‑based builder known for its commitment to quality, collaborative culture, and a consistent project pipeline across residential and commercial sectors. The Opportunity Join a builder with deep local roots and an outstanding track record in delivering medium‑density, multi‑unit developments. Take full ownership of a newly awarded project from pre‑construction through to handover. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the project – planning, delivery, financials, and stakeholder engagement. Work closely with the construction manager, site supervisor, subcontractors, and consultants. Drive project outcomes around time, cost, quality, and safety. Manage procurement, scheduling, claims, variations, and reporting. Foster a positive, productive site culture with strong team collaboration. What You’ll Bring Proven experience delivering multi‑residential, townhouse, or apartment‑style projects. Strong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, and contract administration. Confident communicator with well‑developed leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track.
