Step into full site ownership on a well-structured, 12-townhouse build in Everton Park (Brisbane). You’ll run the program end-to-end, civil through finishes, for a key repeat client on an 11-month delivery. With a motivated PM and CA beside you (plus dedicated QA support), this is a chance to set the standard, nail the handover, and position yourself for multi-res pipeline work across SEQ. The Role Drive daily site delivery with clear sequencing, quality, and safety at the core. Coordinate trades and materials, stay ahead of design changes, and keep the program tight from groundworks to finishes. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator to identify variations, value opportunities, and maintain client confidence throughout. The Offer $130,000 - $150,000 + Super + Fuel Allowance (aligned to experience) Start: 12-Jan-26 Engagement: PAYG or Contractor Project: 12 x three-level townhouses | Value: $6M | Program: 11 months Systems: Microsoft Suite, Build Pass, Loop Logics Long-term opportunity with a growing SEQ business and strong repeat-client relationships What Winning Looks Like Program milestones met with clean look-aheads and minimal rework Zero-compromise safety; compliant inductions, toolbox talks, and site records Quality finishes aligned to documentation, defect lists closed quickly Variations captured early; costs, materials, and deliveries tightly controlled Clients and consultants kept informed: no surprises, smooth PC and handover Responsibilities Plan day-to-day works and coordinate subcontractors across Civil, Structure, and Finishes Oversee site safety, inductions, toolbox talks, and OHS compliance Monitor quality against drawings/specs; ensure QA documentation is accurate and up to date Track materials, sequencing, and deliveries to keep the program on target Collaborate with PM/CA on RFIs, variations, design changes, and value options Maintain clear client/consultant liaison and daily reporting You QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (current & valid) Site Manager experience on townhouse or multi-res projects ($5M - $15M+) Multi-level apartment exposure (desirable for future pipeline) Strong across scheduling, trade coordination, and finishes quality Proven to balance program, quality, cost, and safety concurrently Confident communicator who motivates subcontractors and builds trust with stakeholders Solid grasp of construction methodology, NCC, and industry standards Comfortable with digital tools (Build Pass, Loop Logics) and structured reporting Why This Role A clean, realistic program.
