About the Project : We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new $30M food processing project which is an Industrial build. This project is located at Mount Cotton. Responsibilities : Lead and manage all on-site construction activities. Develop and implement the site construction program. Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Supervise and mentor site teams, including subcontractors. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Maintain accurate project documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial / Industrial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficient in the use of construction software (e.g., scheduling, project management). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A commitment to safety and quality.
