Take the reins on a new industrial HQ in Brisbane’s north, a design & construct facility combining high-spec warehousing, corporate offices, and heavy-duty hardstand. The Role You’ll lead day-to-day operations across the full site, driving program, coordinating trades, and maintaining uncompromising safety and quality standards. Working alongside an experienced PM and Senior Site Manager, you’ll have the support and autonomy to make site decisions confidently while mentoring those coming through behind you. It’s a delivery-focused, team-oriented position for someone who takes ownership and thrives on getting the details right. The Offer Competitive salary package aligned to experience and capability Immediate start or pending notice period Full-time, permanent role with long‑term pipeline continuity Direct engagement with senior leadership who stay involved and accessible Clear career progression pathway What Success Looks Like Site operations run smoothly, safely, and to program Subcontractors coordinated efficiently with strong sequencing and look‑ahead planning Clear communication between site, project, and client teams Quality standards and compliance benchmarks consistently met Site culture built on accountability, teamwork, and pride in delivery Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all site activities and subcontractors Manage daily safety checks, inductions, and toolbox talks Monitor and report on program progress, upcoming milestones, and resource needs Uphold QA standards and ensure compliance with codes and specifications Liaise with consultants and the PM to identify risks and opportunities early Foster a positive site environment with strong trade and team relationships You Trade‑qualified Carpenter or Construction Management background Demonstrated experience on new‑build industrial or commercial projects ($20M - $50M range ideal) Strong understanding of structural sequencing, services coordination, and finishing quality Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail Confident communicator who can engage with all levels of the team Software literacy in Procore, Cheops, or Hammertech advantageous Site Managers: 5+ years independently leading mid‑size projects Foremen: 2 - 4 years coordinating trades and assisting with program delivery Why This Role If you value working with people who back their word, run clean sites, and take pride in what they hand over, this is the next move for you.
