Retail Merchandiser - Optus & amaysim - Melbourne CBD Outer - VIC at CROSSMARK Australia Employment Type: Casual Locations: Melbourne CBD Outer, VIC (Car required). Suburbs: Abbotsford, Carlton, Carlton West, Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Docklands, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Flemington, Kensington, Melbourne, North Melbourne, South Melbourne, Southbank, West Melbourne. Join our dynamic team in supporting one of Australia’s most loved everyday brands, Optus & amaysim. In this role you will build relationships with store managers and team members to complete assignments, create and maintain point‑of‑sale displays, and help drive the brand’s presence across grocery, petrol, convenience and mass merchant stores. Responsibilities Develop, build and maintain quality POE displays and planograms in store Discuss additional promotional space with stores for Optus & amaysim products Achieve targets across the assigned territory (Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience, Mass Merchant) Manage your retail store territory and report tasks with daily high‑quality photos via the StoreTrack app Work Monday‑Friday shifts (10 hours/week) with tasks scheduled 5‑7 days in advance About you Passionate about customer service Motivated and enjoys a challenge Enjoys developing and growing brand advocacy Positive, proactive team player, able to commit to shifts as a core member of the team Confident, approachable, friendly personality with ability to engage and build strong relationships Requirements Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Valid driver’s licence (Learner’s Permit not accepted) and access to a reliable vehicle a must Benefits $32.79 per hour + $0.98 per kilometre + superannuation Referral programmes, ongoing training, recognition and career opportunities Flexible hours and tasks scheduled 5‑7 days in advance Work in and around your local area Immediate start Paid training provided Each valued team member at CROSSMARK brings their own qualities, backgrounds and unique perspectives to our collaborative environment.
