Position Profile Provide assessment, planning and ongoing clinical care to clients of the Mental Health & Community Alcohol Drug Service. Liaise with Government and non-government service providers to coordinate the provision of Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Services to clients and provide educational support to those agencies.
