As a Senior React Native Engineer at Bunnings, you’ll play a key role in shaping mobile solutions that make a real difference to millions of Australians. What’s Involved As a Senior React Native Developer you will: Design, build and deliver mobile applications that are fast, reliable and easy to use. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and engineers to create new features and improve existing ones. Contribute to a high-quality, maintainable codebase using React Native and TypeScript. Work in an agile environment where experimentation and data-driven decisions are part of everyday life. Share your knowledge and mentor junior developers, helping the team grow and succeed. About You You’re someone who thrives in a team setting and enjoys solving tricky problems with a solution-focused mindset. You’re passionate about building great user experiences and keen to keep learning new technologies. You communicate well, work collaboratively and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do. What You’ll Need 5+ years’ experience in software development, including mobile applications. 2+ years working with React Native in a production environment. Strong skills in React Native and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and ideally GraphQL/Apollo. Solid understanding of mobile development principles and bringing apps to production. Familiarity with agile practices like test-driven development and continuous delivery. Bonus points for knowledge of native iOS/Android development or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
