Big Fat Smile’s Fairy Meadow Fun Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Centre Director to lead our team and create a welcoming, engaging space for children to learn and grow. You’ll build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with parents, carers, and your team of educators; working together to plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that go beyond compliance to be inclusive, inspiring, and filled with moments that truly matter. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, bringing a calm, capable, and confident presence that helps your team and families thrive. What you need to succeed A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC) Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable) Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what “quality” really looks like in OSHC You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor , or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously.
