As the Compliance & Heavy Vehicle Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in managing permit applications, maintaining compliance documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and safety standards are met. This role offers a dynamic environment where strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with administrative systems are essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office administration and accurate data entry tasks to support compliance and transport operations. Manage Heavy Vehicle Accreditation for Galati Group’s fleet, including prime movers, semi-trailers, and dollies, in line with WA Main Roads regulations. Maintain records for driver medicals, health certificates, training documentation, and daily drive sheets. Maintain the Galati Asset Management System (GAMS) by collating and entering data for all heavy and light machinery assets. Collect and file all maintenance records and liaise regularly with the Galati Transport Manager to ensure asset upkeep and compliance. Oversee insurance claims related to Galati property—coordinate with employees, third parties, and insurance providers to submit and track claims. Carry out additional duties as directed by the Transport Manager or Office Manager. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role, ideally within transport or compliance environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail. Knowledge or experience with Maid Roads Heavy Vehicle Accreditation system essential. What We Offer: Competitive remuneration package based on experience.
