Responsibilities You’ll partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio , providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference. Key responsibilities include: Leading complex case management and employee relations matters Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building Driving initiatives that embed best‑practice HR and strengthen culture About You We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who brings: Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes Strength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders Proven HR/ER experience in complex, unionised environments Genuine alignment with BaptistCare’s values A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
