APAC Senior Marketing Associate, Brand (Hybrid Working Arrangement) SEEK operates market‑leading online employment marketplaces, including Jobstreet and Jobsdb in Asia. The Role The APAC Senior Marketing Associate, Brand reports directly to the APAC Senior Brand Manager and works within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. 
The primary focus is to support the development of the brand strategy and lead key projects that strengthen customer engagement and deliver on SEEK’s brand vision across the APAC region, with a simultaneous focus on local execution in Australia and New Zealand. The Team The APAC Marketing Strategy team shapes overarching marketing and brand strategy, working closely with product, channel, and country teams. The team manages research studies and market/customer‑focused data analytics, ensures the voice of the customer is integrated, and leads end‑to‑end marketing operational alignment. Job Description Execute the brand strategy across APAC and key local markets, delivering on SEEK’s brand vision for all Group brands including SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners. Lead, manage and implement APAC brand projects to deliver on our brand vision. Embed SEEK’s brand positioning across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with Creative Studio to support Marketing and the wider business in delivering stronger, consistent brand touchpoints and communications. Serve as the Brand expert for the ANZ Country Marketing team, engaging local insights to adapt brand assets and tools. Embed and manage brand architecture in applications and experience, working closely with cross‑business stakeholders. Lead continuous development and iterations of Brand guidelines for all offerings in the SEEK Group portfolio. Own and manage business‑facing documentation of Brand guidelines and key playbooks across key channels such as the Brand Hub and SEEKernet. Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service, Communications, PR, Growth and HR. Build strong relationships with other Brand team members, leveraging learnings across market portfolios (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore). Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of Brand, consumer or B2B marketing experience. Ability to understand all Marketing channels and customer segments and the role each plays in achieving business outcomes. Ability to synthesise research and feedback into actionable insights. Strong judgement, decision‑making capabilities and willingness to test, learn, pivot. Comfortable with strategic and critical thinking and executing in line with strategy. Collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience managing and influencing a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Strong influencing and relationship‑management skills with peers and leaders across Marketing and SEEK. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and impactful feedback. Creativity and a “hustle” mindset (challenge the norm to get things done quickly). Outcome‑focused, detail‑oriented and proud of the quality of work delivered. Ability and willingness to think strategically and get stuck into execution. Strong commercial acumen, with ability to develop commercial strategies and analyse cost/ROI. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Other Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Familiar with brand theory and able to express a brand POV to marketing initiatives and activities. Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and driven. Ability to think creatively to solve customer problems. Previous experience in small‑scale project delivery with prioritisation aligned to business needs.
