The Role The APAC Senior Marketing Associate, Brand reports directly to the APAC Senior Brand Manager. This role plays a key role within the APAC Marketing Strategy team and is a brand specialist. The primary focus of the role is to support the development of the brand strategy and lead key projects that help strengthen customer engagement and deliver on SEEK’s brand vision across the APAC region. In this position, strategic responsibilities extend to the brand level in the APAC region, with a simultaneous focus on overseeing local execution in Australia and New Zealand. The Team The APAC Marketing Strategy team is responsible for shaping the overarching marketing and brand strategy, working closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The team manages a diverse portfolio of research studies and market/customer-focused data analytics to uncover valuable customer insights, ensuring the voice of the customer is integrated throughout the organisation. Additionally, the team leads the end-to-end marketing operational alignment, driving effective planning, coordination, and performance across the APAC Marketing team. Job Description With support of the APAC Senior Brand Manager, execute the brand strategy across APAC and key local markets (Australia and New Zealand), delivering on SEEK's brand vision for all Group brands including SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners With support of the APAC Senior Brand Manager, lead, manage and implement APAC brand projects across the SEEK Group portfolio to deliver on our brand vision Ensure SEEK's brand positioning is embedded across all customer touchpoints, cementing SEEK as the best place to find the right what’s right for you/your business Collaborate with Creative Studio to support Marketing and the wider business in delivering stronger and more consistent brand touchpoints and communications Be the front door and Brand expert for the ANZ Country Marketing team, engaging them to gain local customer insights to adapt brand assets and tools for local audiences Embed and manage brand architecture in application and experience, working closely with cross-business stakeholders Lead on the continuous development and iterations of the Brand guidelines for all offerings in the SEEK Group portfolio. Ensure guidelines are understood and therefore adopted across the business Own and manage the business facing documentation of the Brand guidelines and key playbooks across key channels such as the Brand Hub and SEEKernet Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service, Communications, PR, Growth and HR Build strong relationships with other Brand team members, focusing on opportunities to leverage learnings across the other market portfolios (Portfolio 1: Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines, Portfolio 2: Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore) Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of Brand, consumer or B2B marketing experience The ability to understand all Marketing channels and customer segments and the role each plays in achieving business outcomes Ability to synthesise research and feedback which is articulated into actionable insights Strong judgement and decision‑making capabilities, with a willingness to test, learn, pivot when needed Comfortable with strategic and critical thinking and understanding how to execute in line with strategy Collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing and influencing a variety of internal and external stakeholders Strong influencing and relationship management skills with peers across Marketing and SEEK, including leaders. Strong communications skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and impactful feedback Creativity and ‘hustle’ (challenge the norm to get things done quickly) Outcome-focused, with an eye for detail whilst demonstrating pride in the work you are doing Ability and willingness to both think strategically and get stuck into execution Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to develop strategies that are commercial minded, and to analyse and review data on cost and return on investment. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities both internal and external, such as agencies.
