About the Role Neami National is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to provide culturally safe, person‑centred support for adults experiencing mental health and social and emotional wellbeing challenges. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based interventions, develop care plans, and strengthen community connections. Role Responsibilities Deliver culturally adapted support to promote strong SEWB and prevent escalation of mental health issues. Provide assessment, referral, and follow‑up care within and outside the centre. Contribute to clinical pathways, care plans, and service improvement initiatives. Certificate IV or higher in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care. Current registration with AHPRA / ATSIHPBA. Strong understanding of Aboriginal health and social/emotional wellbeing. Experience supporting individuals in distress and working within Aboriginal communities. Ability to work a 7‑day rotating roster including evenings and weekends. Valid NT driver’s licence, Ochre Card, and National Criminal History Check.
