Project Managers – Supply Chain & Logistics – Business Optimisation and Technology Solutions Balance have been engaged to hire experienced Project Managers for this successful, rapidly growing enterprise. Deployed on a portfolio of initiatives, your responsibilities to include: Clearly define project scope, goals and deliverables ensuring they meet framework quality standards Manage project scope and schedule ensuring all changes are documented and approved Monitor project progress and performance against agreed success metrics Identify process improvements and support changes and enhancements to project and program practices Manage project teams and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities Conduct project reviews and audits and provide recommendations for improvement Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, present complex information in a concise manner Leverage data to make the business case for change and improvements Typically, manage 2-3 end-to-end projects simultaneously What you need Extensive and recent Supply Chain and Logistics domain experience is essential, preferably in FMCG PM Certification (PMP/PMI, Prince2, Agile) would be highly regarded and preferred A track record managing highly complex and integrated project Strong project financials and reporting, detailed planning, business case generation and change capability Proficiency in MS Project, monday.com, Planview PPM, Power BI or other any similar tool A confident, resilient nature with the ability to cut through ambiguity A good awareness of IT systems, resourcing and estimation Recent Business Analysis skills would be advantageous but not essential What’s in it for you An exceptional opportunity with a values driven global behemoth An initial twelve-month assignment and immediate start offering hybrid working with free parking High visibility role supporting internal and external client business stakeholders Outstanding and diverse project scop A friendly, supportive, down to earth and professional team An excellent resume builder What to do now Please click on the Apply Tab with your tailored resume reflecting all your Supply Chain & Logistics experience or alternatively, email directly Balance Recruitment is committed to equal opportunity employment.
