About the Role In this role, you are the front‑end Conveyancer, walking the client through the A-Z of their Property Transaction. You will be fully supported by the Experienced and Efficient; Legal Team, Processing Team and Settlements Team so you can focus on having great conversations with, and guiding, your clients as they go through one of Life's Biggest Moments. No formal qualifications are required. Requirements Strong Client Experience Skills: Forming genuine connections with clients over the phone. Passion for helping people , and guiding people through life's biggest moments. Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency. Sharp problem‑solving skills and a sense of achievement in finding solutions. Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently. Resilience and Time Management Skills to thrive under pressure during peak workflows. A positive, can‑do attitude and alignment with our mission.
