Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Senior Conveyancer / Conveyancing Manager to step into a key leadership role. You will manage a high-volume caseload (60+ settlements per month), oversee two support staff, and ensure accuracy, deadlines, and compliance are consistently maintained. Your expertise with contracts and Section 32 statements will enable you to confidently handle complex matters, while your leadership skills will help guide, support, and strengthen the team. Key Responsibilities Review and advise on Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements Prepare accurate and compliant Section 32s for vendors Track and manage critical dates across all active files Manage 60+ settlements per month , ensuring smooth and timely completion Lead, mentor, and allocate work to two support staff Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and legal stakeholders Proactively resolve issues and maintain high compliance standards Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems and processes Skills & Experience 7+ years of conveyancing experience (essential) Strong knowledge of Contracts of Sale and Section 32s, including complex matters Excellent organisational and time-management skills Leadership or mentoring experience within a conveyancing practice Proficiency with PEXA, InfoTrack, LEAP or similar software Solutions-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
