Director, Revenue Performance & Insights Join Westpac as a Director, Revenue Performance & Insights. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract position is based in Sydney and offers a hybrid working model. What’s the role?As a Director – Revenue Performance & Insights, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of financial outcomes for the Group’s expenses. You will lead performance management, analytics and influencing in a banking environment, while building a high‑performing team with a strong culture and operating rhythm. You will provide ad‑hoc analytical support to drive productivity, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely insights, and champion a cultural shift towards future‑focused, data‑led decision‑making. This includes developing and enhancing financial modelling capability and maintaining a balance across performance, commercial value and risk management. What do I need? Extensive banking or financial services experience, chartered or CPA qualified Experienced in leading and developing high‑performing teams through periods of ambiguity and change Proven data and reporting experience including use and understanding of BI applications, data warehousing and web‑based reporting Experienced with software project management lifecycle in an agile environment (preferably IBM TM1 Planning Analytics) Proven stakeholder engagement, management, collaboration, challenge and partnering experience at senior levels Proven expertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel Why join us?
