With offices across the Top End, our work is grounded in cultural respect, community collaboration, and self-determination. About the Role We’re leading delivery of the Leaving Violence Program – Top End Regional Trial , a national initiative helping people safely leave violence through culturally grounded, practical support. As a Senior Case Worker , you’ll deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe case management and mentor a small team of Case Workers. You’ll walk alongside clients to develop safety plans, access financial assistance, and connect with community supports. What you’ll bring: Experience in culturally safe, trauma-informed service delivery. Strong communication, advocacy, and mentoring skills. Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in social or community services. Ability to travel to remote communities and manage competing priorities.
