We are seeking a skilled and proactive **OT Cybersecurity Engineer** to lead and support the protection of our operational technology environments. This role plays a critical part in guiding business and technology stakeholders in identifying and managing cybersecurity risks specific to industrial systems and critical infrastructure.You will be responsible for developing and enforcing OT-specific cybersecurity policies, collaborating across teams to share threat intelligence, and promoting awareness of cybersecurity risks and best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset. Provide expert OT cybersecurity guidance to site engineering and control system teams. Deliver third-level support for major OT cybersecurity incidents. **We’re looking for people who have:**Relevant tertiary qualifications in Operational Technology (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or Information Technology, with practical experience applying these skills in OT environments. Ability to collaborate across Cybersecurity, IT, and operational teams.Experience with network security controls, access management, and SIEM technologies in OT environments.
