About the Role As Branch Manager – OT & Cybersecurity, you'll lead a high‑performing national team of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and technical experts. What You Bring We're seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader with deep expertise in operational technology and cybersecurity who thrives in a dynamic, client‑focused environment. Essential Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. 10+ years' experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity. Proven senior leadership experience in complex industrial environments. Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO). C Class Driver's Licence. Desirable Attributes Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP). Experience in multi‑site or national organisations.
