About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Conveyancing & Client Engagement Supervisor or Junior Lawyer to join our team. This is a fully remote role —yes, you read that right You can work from your home office, your lounge room, or wherever you feel most productive. We’re looking for someone who thrives in their own environment, enjoys chatting with clients on the phone, and is excited to be part of the BestLife Legal team. As part of this role, you’ll oversee two offshore staff who handle the A‑to‑Z of conveyancing. Your job will be to ensure everything runs smoothly—overseeing files, chatting with clients, solving problems, answering questions, double‑checking for accuracy, and making sure our conveyancing business thrives. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your own referral base within the business and be rewarded with a bonus incentive scheme. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who: Has strong conveyancing experience and is confident in overseeing files from start to finish. Thrives in a remote work environment and has a solid home office setup. Is passionate about building quality relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders. Is a problem solver who can ensure our conveyancing processes are error‑free. Resides in Queensland—preferably in a regional area anywhere from Sunshine Coast to Cooktown; across to Mount Isa, Longreach, or Birdsville. We love country, regional values and a strong work ethic.
