We are committed to the education of Electrical Engineers both as undergraduates and postgraduates, and work with partner Schools to deliver leading edge Renewable Power. What you need to succeedCompletion of a doctoral qualification with experience in avionics, aviation, or electrical engineering aspects of aerospace or closely related field of engineering. Completion of an undergraduate engineering qualification in a closely related field of engineering.Accomplished or demonstrated leadership of research initiatives, appropriate to your career stage, including track record of successfully obtaining grants, publishing in top tier conferences and journals, and engagement with industry.Synergy with the School’s and Faculty’s existing research areas including the Centre for Robotics’ Decision and Control research program and the school’s Aerospace Automation Research Group.Demonstrated ability in teaching and learning, including scholarly and innovative approaches to teaching and learning and the successful supervision of higher degree research students. Ability to teach into our engineering undergraduate course including aerospace and mechatronics units such as on aircraft systems and flight, uncrewed aircraft systems, and system engineering and design.Proven ability to contribute to a high performance and collaborative culture.
