The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full‑time Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our sales unit in Brookvale. This is a unique and exciting multi‑brand role where you will primarily be based with the iconic Ford brand while also supporting the launch and sales of the innovative new brand, Jaecoo . This position is perfect for a customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to represent both established excellence and cutting‑edge newcomers. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for both new and used vehicles across the Ford and Jaecoo brands. Provide an exceptional, personalised, and professional experience to every customer from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. Proactively manage customer leads, conduct test drives, and expertly qualify customer needs. Effectively negotiate and close sales while maintaining high profitability. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all product features, specifications, and finance/insurance options for both brands. Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business. About You Proven experience in automotive sales or a high‑value retail sales environment is highly regarded. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A professional presentation and a positive, 'can‑do' attitude. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a driven team player. Must hold a current, valid Australian Driver's Licence. Ability to adapt quickly and learn the features of multiple vehicle brands.
