Client Relationship Manager (Medico Legal) MedHealth is a purpose‑built collection of industry‑leading health, medical, and employment brands. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager on a 12 month fixed‑term contract with the view to go permanent to manage customer relationships with mlcoa customers, including day‑to‑day customer requirements, training, event and sponsorship activities, customer complaints, and delivery of contractual management obligations. As part of the role, you will support the Regional Manager and Operations Manager in business‑related improvement initiatives including research and development, business diversification, project proposals and overall project management. Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through visits, phone contact and regular follow‑ups. Create new business opportunities with existing customers and new leads. Respond to and manage client concerns or complaints, keeping the RM informed and recording in the system per state policy. Collaborate with operational staff to ensure any client issues are managed. Document client information in relevant databases to keep them current. Support clients in implementing mlcoa systems, including promotion, access and training as required. Develop the state’s annual Sales & Marketing (SAM) plan with the RM, considering national priorities set by the Executive team. Prepare an annual calendar of events based on the SAM plan. Identify and coordinate client, intermediary or industry sponsorships, managing events with the RM. Ensure activities meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specified by the SAM plan. Be prepared to travel to regional areas as required for the SAM plan. Help prepare Quick Word articles or other materials for the National Marketing Team, providing feedback as needed. Manage and maintain stock levels of marketing materials and supplies. Enter training events into the SAM plan and event calendar, sharing with the National Marketing Team. Promote and discuss training opportunities with clients. Coordinate and implement all client training sessions with the Regional Manager. Research industry and environmental information to inform business growth and diversity opportunities; support the annual Environmental PEST scan and SWOT analysis. Maintain analysis of client trends and patterns relative to services sought through mlcoa/MedHealth. Prepare monthly management reports to the RM and OM detailing progress and achievements. Prepare client‑related reports and profiles (account plans) as requested, with RM approval. Provide clients with the correct fee schedule for mlcoa services. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain a customer focus and commitment to service excellence. Act as an effective, positive team member. Maintain knowledge of work health and safety practices and procedures. Adhere to all policy and procedures. Carry out other reasonable duties as required. Undertake project work as determined by the business. Qualifications Relevant tertiary or university degree in health (preferred). Specific knowledge and skills of the insurance industry and healthcare. Demonstrated experience as a customer relationship manager, business development manager or related position. Previous experience within an injury management, rehabilitation or compensation related industry. High level of organisation and attention to detail. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain/develop customer relationships. Highly developed business acumen and ability to strategically plan. Self‑motivated and driven to achieve key targets. Experience in documenting processes and procedures. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software applications.
