We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving organic growth for our clients. Job Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from identifying target audiences and setting strategic objectives to selecting optimal channels and managing timelines. Oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. Performance Analysis & Optimisation Monitor key campaign performance indicators and generate detailed reports with actionable insights. Apply data-driven decision-making to refine campaign strategies, boost engagement, & maximise ROI. Content Strategy & Management Create, manage, and optimise high-quality content across multiple touchpoints including websites, blogs, landing pages, and paid media. Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand voice and business goals. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct in-depth market and audience research to identify trends, customer behaviours, and competitive strategies. Translate insights into strategic recommendations that drive campaign effectiveness and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with creative, sales, product, and external vendor teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Budget & Resource Management Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend efficiency across all channels. Track expenditures, forecast ROI, and make adjustments based on performance and strategic shifts. Brand Stewardship Uphold and enforce brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Lead initiatives that enhance brand equity and market positioning. Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape. Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end marketing experience across strategy development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven ability to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social, and offline channels.
