We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, teaching, and coaching . You’ll be the go-to guide for our members—helping them master ads, fix funnels, build skills that fuel real business growth and support members across Skool community. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide live troubleshooting for Meta & Google Ad performance during group Zoom advisory calls, primarily via screen sharing. Actively engage in our Skool community, offering clear and in-depth answers to ad-related questions. Deliver personalized 1:1 coaching to Co-Pilot members over Zoom, guiding them to optimize campaigns and grow their businesses . Support our Launchpad workshops (both in-person and virtual) with strategy, troubleshooting, and breakout coaching . Travel nationally (Perth, Melbourne, Sydney) for approximately one week, two out of three months, to provide in-person support at our workshops. Collaborate with the team to identify members ready for Co-Pilot program upgrades. Join a mission-driven team that genuinely cares about its members' success. Has a proven track record running or managing Meta/Google Ads (in-house or agency). Seeks an environment where your expertise is genuinely valued and recognized . Is highly organized, transparent, and collaborative .
