As a Senior Coordinator, Academic Services, you will: Coordinate and support the student experience through effective communication of course and unit information. Promote teamwork, question traditional assumptions and provide tailored coaching to enable individuals to deliver high quality solutions and achieve goals. Analyse problems and weigh up a range of options to identify accessible and inclusive solutions to complex admissions and curriculum‑related issues, and translate solutions into clear and understandable goals. Lead a culture of continuous improvement, establish systems and processes to guide work, track progress and effectively overcome barriers. To be successful, you’ll have: Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Extensive knowledge of course admissions, enrolment and student advice practices and processes in an education environment Extensive knowledge of curriculum practices and processes in an education environment Here’s how to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.
