What You’ll Work On Large hospital and commercial projects with full lifecycle involvement Modular / prefabricated plant rooms (full assembly and commissioning) High‑performance digital project delivery – no paper‑based systems Revit modelling, BIM coordination, scheduling, clash detection, Revizto workflows Working directly with clients, consultants, and subtrades to solve problems, not create them Supporting a team of experienced engineers, leads and drafters who all stay hands‑on in the work What Makes This Role Different Flat structure: You’re empowered to make decisions without endless layers of approval. Hands‑on mindset Even leads roll up their sleeves – this is a team that gets in the trenches together. Confidence working with MEP HVAC experience desirable, but strong electrical or plumbing backgrounds will also be considered. Candidates coming from building services consultancies often transition extremely well.
