Barista – Part Time Location: Elster Elsternwick, VIC We’re looking for a skilled Barista to join the Elster team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment and loves delivering a standout guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who isn’t “just a barista,” but enjoys being part of the wider service rhythm — supporting the floor when needed, keeping the bar organised, and contributing to a positive, energetic culture. Requirements for this role Availability: Monday afternoon, Monday morning, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required.
