Allstaff Resources are seeking a highly motivated Workshop and Site-based Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of construction projects at Olympic Dam. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business. What's on offer Monday – Friday role with some Saturday work Generous pay rate Accommodation provided (company family home) Company vehicle provided Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans. Maintain communications with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to build relationships. Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections. Ensure all work meets regulations and industry standards. Monitor and report on construction activities. Assist with cost tracking and financial reporting on the selection of works. Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, budgets, materials and any changes made to the project plan. Track project expenditures to help manage cost and avoid budget overruns. Work with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and create a safe working environment. Interpret architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications and design. Qualifications 2 years' experience as a site supervisor/manager or relevant experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Intermediate MS Office skills. Basic 2D & 3D CAD modelling and MS Project skills.
