Add value to the divisions through balancing a strategic long-term approach to cost management and performance management of in-year targets. Ensure financial results on a monthly basis are correct in accordance with NAB’s Accounting policies, and proactively provide appropriate analytics to drive the right actions in the business. Communicate result narratives effectively for internal and external audiences. Effectively manage the internal and external reporting requirements for Expenses and Investments. Leading and motivating a team to ensure they are reaching their potential. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting and reporting, and financial control roles in an operations environment. Proven ability to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analytics. Strategic outlook on performance improvement to support T&EO and broader NAB. Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior level stakeholders. Capability to manage and test strategies/initiatives through influencing senior stakeholders. To be a long term thinker/planner whilst flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast, and constantly changing environment. Knowledge of project financial disciplines including capitalisation practices. Proven experience in people management and leadership.
