Shift: Day Shift -Weekdays -temp-to-perm opportunity Driver Hire Sydney currently supply the biggest transport companies in the NSW market. We are currently looking for a Railway Bearing Inspector for our client based in Auburn, NSW. Our client provides technology and supply chain solutions for the Railway industry. Duties of the Role: Assessment of railway bearings for re-qualification and reconditioning tocustomer's specifications Measurement and data entry into Jupiter system Bearing reconditioning processes: polishing, engraving and assembly Maintaining tools, measuring equipment and machinery Verifying all precision measuring equipment has been calibrated Achieving daily production targets in a timely manner Packing, dispatching and receiving of goods Keeping the work area organised, clean and tidy Adhere to company values, principles and policies Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures Requirements of the Role: Forklift Licence -advantageous but not essential Previous experience in bearing reconditioning is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance Unlimited work rights in Australia Available for an immediate start How to Apply: Please click Apply and submit your up-to-date Resume.
