This full-time role involves leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality services for children and young people. What you will do: Lead and manage the Fostering & Permanence Team to maintain and enhance service quality. Prepare the team and service for inspections to ensure compliance and excellence. Contribute to the development of relevant policy and services. Utilise statutory, community, voluntary, and independent resources in line with legislation and policy for better outcomes.
