The Role We are seeking Graduate Structural Engineers who are interested in developing a career within our Bridges and Structures – Roads & Highways team across QLD (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Cairns). Join SMEC and our Graduate Development Program and you'll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia. As Part Of Our Program, You Will Get To Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities Be part of a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ We promise both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.
