About the Role As a Lending Manager, you will be a key driver of lending success within our First Party Lending Channel. You will manage complex credit applications, build strong member relationships, and ensure exceptional service throughout the lending process. Main Duties Manage credit applications from inception to settlement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to all regulatory and policy requirements. Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications, verifying financial information and making sound credit recommendations. Act as a trusted advisor to members, providing expert guidance and support throughout the lending journey. Maintain a deep understanding of credit risk policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible lending practices. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote TMBL products and services, enhancing member financial wellbeing. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with COBCOP practice requirements. About You Extensive lending experience managing the full end-to-end loan application process Comfortable working in a phone-based environment. Proven track record of success and achieving set targets. Strong understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and responsible lending practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong member relationships. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
