Company Marsh Description Marsh Valuation Services continues to grow nationally and in QLD, seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for some of the country's leading organisations in a dynamic team environment. We specialise in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations. All valuations are conducted independently, with no reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations. The role is for a senior member of the valuations team, conducting valuations across QLD for a range of purposes. It suits a driven, growth‑focused individual open to travel, with experience in a range of industries. The role offers the opportunity to grow with the business, supported by a major global organisation. We will count on you to Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various asset types for different purposes. Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively. Travel intrastate for key client commitments as needed. Provide expert advice to clients on valuation methodologies and project approaches. Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio. What you need to have AAPI with CPV qualification. Minimum 3 years experience in performing valuations. Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations. Strong business development skills with a growth‑focused mindset. Experience in project management. Availability to travel intrastate.
