And, we’re looking for a Property Services Supervisor to help us achieve this vision and deliver high-quality property services for the site. Do you understand the need to maintain high standards of presentation and property services at a facility? Are you adept at identifying and managing preventative maintenance? Are you great at managing staff to achieve great quality site presentation, and working with contractors to ensure their performance with agreed performance standards? Do you want to report into an incredibly strategic, personable and supportive operational Manager of Residential Services? What you Bring Building trade or qualifications in property maintenance or other relevant experience Demonstrated experience managing facilities, property and maintenance with good technical skills Great communication and negotiation skills with the ability to troubleshoot solutions Ability to use systems to track maintenance and assets Possess a current Criminal History Check Certificate suitable for aged care or willingness to obtain Able to undertake a role with high physical requirements and a drivers license About Us Fresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.
