The Opportunity – Corporate Partner (10–25 PQE) This is a rare opportunity to move intopartnership with a leading national corporate law firmrenowned for itsfinancial strength and sustained profitability. Partners consistently average$3.5M+ per 100 points The firm is growing itsQueensland partnership team by 20–30%over the next 12 months You will join a high-performing group of nationally respected partners and lead significant corporate transactions and advisory work across : Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : public, private, regulated and off-market transactions Equity Capital Markets & Backdoor Listings Corporate Advisory & Joint Ventures ASX Listing Rules & Corporations Act Compliance Exposure to all these areas is not essential, but you will be confident operating across most of them at a senior level. About You We are interested in speaking withsenior corporate lawyerswho are ready to step into, or further consolidate, partnership : 10–25 years’ post-admission experiencein corporate law Background in atop-tier, leading mid-tier, or specialist M&A / corporate boutique Demonstrated success inbusiness development and client relationship management Ability to supervise and manage fees of : $800K+(Salaried Partner) $1.6M+(Equity Partner) Rewards & Remuneration This role sits at the top end of the Australian corporate law market in terms of earnings and opportunity : Salaried Partner : $250K–$300K + bonuses Senior Partner : $350K+ Equity Partner : earningsexceeding $3.5M+ per 100 points With ongoing national growth, a high-performing partnership and an elite corporate client base, this is an ideal move for anambitious Corporate Partner or senior corporate lawyerseeking to significantly lift earnings and influence.
