You’ll be involved in high-profile mid-market transactions, including: Mergers & acquisitions (public and private) General corporate and commercial advisory Reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions Joint ventures and strategic alliances IPOs and secondary capital raisings Due diligence and drafting reports The team works on both domestic and cross-border deals, offering exposure to sophisticated legal work and the chance to collaborate with leading clients. About You We are seeking a motivated and skilled corporate lawyer to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years’ PAE in front-end corporate law (candidates with up to 8 years’ experience are also welcome) Proven experience in M&A, business transactions, due diligence, and contract drafting A proactive mindset and a desire to thrive in a mid-sized team environment This role is perfect for a lawyer eager to grow their expertise in corporate M&A, work on high-stakes transactions, and advance their career in a supportive, collaborative practice.
